Express delivery in 3-4 working days*. Door to door by FedEx or DHL. Delivery time will be affected by weekends and public holidays. Please note that FedEx cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
Standard Mail 10-15 working days. Orders are dispatched by airmail from our Turkish office. For urgent orders, please choose Express.
Shipping prices are regulated according to weight. Our shopping cart system will automatically calculate the shipping costs of your order depending on the country you have selected and the shipping method.
*Please note that if costumes are made to measure, it will necessitate a waiting period in which the product is made to your specifications.
The Turkish Emporium Ltd offers a complete bespoke tailoring service for made to measure professional belly dance costumes. Please note that our sized costumes are not mass produced in a factory, they are hand made by our highly skilled team of costumiers. Like all works of art, our costumes are painstakingly hand-stitched over several days, and for this reason we ask all of our customers to exercise patience during this period. Costume production times range from around 10 days for the less embellished outfits up to three weeks for the more elaborate professional costumes. If you have a particular deadline for delivery please let us know after you have placed your order and we will try our best to get your order to you in time.Current turnaround times for our belly dance costumes are as follows:
Value Range costumes: 15 to 20 days
Emporium Costumes: 25 to 30 days
Professional costumes: 25 to 30 days

Customer Satisfaction is a top priority of ours. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order for an address of a regional representative in your area for returns.
Upon receipt of the item, we will either credit your credit card for the price of the item or issue store credit, depending on what your wishes are.
All returns must be in as-shipped condition (unused).
